Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I take an affirming, empathetic approach to therapy—and I’m not afraid to bring a little humor into the room when it helps. I know that life can be overwhelming and messy, and I’m here to offer support, perspective, and practical tools to help you navigate it.

I work with adults facing a wide range of challenges, from relationship stress and workplace burnout to feeling stuck or uncertain about what’s next. I have a particular passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals, especially adults with ADHD, and helping them better understand and embrace how their minds work.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic and flexible, drawing from evidence-based modalities like ACT, DBT, CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I believe therapy should be a collaborative space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful change on your own terms.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they can be their full, authentic selves. I’m here to help you untangle what’s getting in the way, gain insight into patterns, and build practical skills you can carry into your everyday life.

You’ll leave sessions with tools grounded in ACT, DBT, CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy—things like setting boundaries, regulating emotions, increasing self-compassion, or clarifying your values.
