Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed social worker with a Master of Social Work degree from Salisbury University and more than 10 years of experience working in mental health. Throughout my career, I've worked with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, stress, and questions of meaning and purpose. Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. My goal is to create a space where you can feel genuinely heard and supported while working toward meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach balances practical tools with deeper self-exploration. In addition to evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and trauma-informed care, I have a longstanding interest in dreams, mindfulness, and depth-oriented approaches that help people better understand themselves. I believe that lasting growth happens when we combine self-understanding with meaningful action. Therapy can help reduce symptoms, but it can also be a place to deepen self-awareness and cultivate a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

I'll spend time learning about what brought you to therapy, what challenges you're currently facing, and what goals you hope to accomplish. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. By the end of our first session, you'll have a clearer sense of how I work, and we'll begin identifying priorities and next steps for our work together. My hope is that you'll leave feeling heard and confident in our direction moving forward.
