Great to meet you!

I am a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner- Psychiatric Mental Health (CRNP-PMH) with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and over nine years of experience in the mental health field. For the past year, I have been providing care as a Nurse Practitioner, helping individuals across the lifespan navigate emotional challenges, manage symptoms, and achieve greater well-being.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, ADHD, PTSD, substance use disorder and other mental health disorders. My goal is to empower you to take an active role in your treatment, find balance, and move toward a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, empathetic, collaborative, and holistic. I believe the journey to mental wellness begins with empathy, active listening, building a trusting relationship, and create a safe space where clients feel heard and supported. I integrate evidence-based medication management with interdisciplinary therapeutic support, lifestyle guidance, and education to promote long-term wellness.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a comfortable, judgment-free session where we’ll take time to get to know each other. I’ll conduct a thorough psychiatric assessment as well as learn about your medical history, answer your questions about your current concerns, and learn about your overall goals for treatment. This initial visit is focused on understanding your unique experiences so we can develop a personalized treatment plan together—whether that includes medication management, therapy referrals, or holistic strategies. My goal is for you to leave the first session gaining some insight about your symptoms, feel supported, and confident about the next steps in your care.
