My goal is to assist clients in reaching their full-potential, identify and overcome obstacles that serve as barriers for maximizing their over-all life and relationships with others.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I address emotional and behavioral difficulties faced by both individuals and families. I assist with improving overall well-being and functioning by providing support, guidance and tools to cope with challenges. My services can take many forms to include: coaching, individual therapy, family therapy and couples therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

My hopes is that clients feel safe, heard and connected. This is important to progress in the therapeutic relationship and produce a healthy, functioning environment where true healing and change can effectively take place.
