Great to meet you!

Hello! I specialize working with teens & young adults struggling with the pressures & expectations of life. They want to stop feeling disconnected, unhealed and lost so they can begin living an empowered, balanced, authentic life they want, breaking free of limitations they currently feel. Using a relational model, seeking to build a safe connection that allows for empathy & accountability - whether its anxiety, depression, school/work issues, identity struggles, motivation, substances, self esteem, transitions, family conflict, body image, relationships, problematic behaviors/habits, trauma or other areas.

My approach to therapy

I take a relational approach when working with someone. I want a session to feel like a productive conversation that feels open, engaging, and thought provoking.

What you can expect from me

Each client is different, with different goals, issues, and processes. I like to partner with clients as well as provide gentle challenge when needed.
