Great to meet you!

Seeking support for your mental health can feel overwhelming and confusing, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and safe to be your authentic self without judgment. I believe that mental health care should be compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to the unique experiences that shape each person's life.

Hi, I am Angel, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. This simply means I can diagnose mental health conditions, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and incorporate supportive therapies and alternative approaches when appropriate.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and rooted in evidence-based care. I listen first, then help you make sense of what you’re experiencing so we can move forward with clarity and hope. I focus on practical tools, emotional wellness, and real-life progress, not perfection. You are always an active partner in your care, and your voice matters here.

What you can expect from me

The first session is simply a chance for us to connect and get comfortable with one another. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you’re hoping for, and what support could look like moving forward. Together, we’ll begin shaping clear goals and a realistic, encouraging plan. I hope that you leave feeling understood, supported, and hopeful about what’s ahead.
