Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) licensed clinical social worker who is passionate about helping young adults navigate the ups and downs of their lives. My primary focus areas include anxiety, depression, trauma, first generation immigrants, and stress-related disorders.

My approach to therapy

I believe that everyone has intrinsic value but sometimes we struggle to see our own self-worth. Sometimes, we're stuck living in our past, and unhelpful beliefs and negative habits get in the way of living a better life. I work to help my clients improve their quality of life by identifying their strengths, utilizing new coping skills, and growing their support systems. I believe we can learn to be more vulnerable, more connected to others, and more present to improve our quality of life.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, I provide a safe and nurturing space for you to explore and process your emotions and experiences. Together, we will untangle the threads of your past to gain insight into how they have shaped the person you are today. Throughout our work together, I am dedicated to hearing and validating your experiences without judgment. I am here to support you a we work to uncover your inherent strengths and cultivate self-compassion.
