Great to meet you!

I'm so glad you are here. My name is Angela Alborn. I'm the owner of New Life Therapy Center and a clinical social worker with over 19 years of experience in the field. I have been a practicing psychotherapist since 2017 but prior managed programs for children with Autism, their families and other children with special needs. I currently provide in person and telehealth sessions.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I have learned the answer for one is not the answer for all. We will work together utilizing narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, trauma informed therapy or mindfulness practices to unlock your full potential. My core motivation is meeting you where you are and empowering you to reach your most authentic and centered life.

What you can expect from me

Getting this far shows you have the innate ability to make this life work for you. I want to provide you a safe, non-judgmental and empowering space to build upon your strengths and process what is keeping you from living your best life. I look forward to partnering with you and watching you grow.
