Each of these training's helps her provide an evidence-based practice tailored to individual needs.

Angela helps individuals learn to decrease their anxiety and anger, reduce their stress and increase self-esteem. Counseling can help you overcome issues that are causing pain or difficulty. It can provide a safe and regular space for you to talk and explore feelings. The counselor is there to support and help you to find your own insight and understanding of your problems. There are many different challenges in life and talking with someone may be the first step to your recovery.
