With 14 years in the field of mental health, I believe creating a safe, warm, and open-minded environment for clients to process feelings and frustrations is of the utmost importance.

I help clients cope with feelings of anxiety and depression due to relationship conflicts, childhood emotional neglect issues, trauma, and daily stress.

Clients all have different goals and outcome expectations regarding therapy. I work with the client to help them achieve their desired outcome.
