Great to meet you!

Hello! I am an experienced therapist who has treated various areas of struggle over many years of helping people get back on their feet and headed in a direction that feels better to them. My background is in treating anxiety, depression, substance use disorder, relationship problems and much more. Over my years of practice, I have developed a variety of techniques that are easily able to be transferred to your unique situation.

My approach to therapy

Approaches to therapy need to be unique to the person that I am working with. That is my first priority. Then, moving forward to meet the person's individual goals at a pace that is comfortable to them is done through using evidenced based approaches to decreasing the impact of problems you are experiencing.

What you can expect from me

First sessions can often feel overwhelming when we don't know what to expect. To help, know that there is no pressure to come prepared and no pressure to know what to say. we can easily work that all out together. Just showing up is a big step and I want you to know that is understood.
