My therapeutic approach primarily incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), complemented by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I believe that while we cannot change the past, we have the power to alter our responses to it, reshape our thoughts, and take control of our present and future actions.
In the first session I work with clients to help them come up with a plan and goals to work on throughout their time in counseling.
