Great to meet you!

During my 20+ years of collaborating with children, adolescents, young adults, and families in a variety of roles, I have consistently found that the most effective therapeutic tool is a safe and trusting relationship. It is my hope that I become one those relationships.

I obtained my Master of Social Work from Florida State University. I am a therapist by trade, but a social worker at heart. I have always been a fierce social justice advocate. I, fundamentally, to my very core, both professionally and personally, believe in and live every single one of the social work ethics.

I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, so we'll work together to find what works best for you.

My approach to therapy

I have found that what people often need most is to feel seen, be heard, and have their experiences humanized. My approach is simple: Cultivate a genuine, compassionate, and authentic healing space where you feel safe to show up exactly as you are.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know each other. I'll ask questions about what's bringing you to therapy, what you'd like to work on, and what you hope to get out of the process. This is also a time for you to ask me questions and decide if I'm the right fit for you.
