Great to meet you!

I find it rewarding beyond words to be allowed to share in my patient's unique life experiences and witness their growth and transformation. It is an honor to be trusted with another person's inner world and to be able to build a therapeutic relationship that helps them recover from whatever difficulties that they are experiencing.

My approach to therapy

I am a person-centered therapist, meaning that I focus on genuineness, unconditional positive regard and empathetic understanding to facilitate growth and recovery for individuals across the lifespan who are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, relationship/interpersonal distress, parenting issues, adjustment problems, and life transitions.

What you can expect from me

The foundation of therapy is trust and safety. In our first session, I will help you to understand and feel comfortable with the therapeutic process and we will get to know each other. We will begin this process with a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation and address therapeutic goals so that you get the most out of your investment of time and effort.
