Great to meet you!

Welcome

Life’s challenges can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you are struggling with the effects of trauma, anxiety, stress, life transitions, or emotional wounds from the past, you do not have to navigate these experiences alone. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment where healing can begin and hope can be restored.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT), I specialize in helping children, adolescents, adults, and families heal from trauma and develop healthier ways of coping, connecting, and thriving. I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and resilience, and I am committed to helping clients discover their strengths while overcoming life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

I understand that trauma affects everyone differently. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and tailored to meet each person's unique needs and experiences. I work collaboratively with clients to create a treatment plan that promotes healing, emotional regulation, self-awareness, and personal empowerment.

I integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including:

  • Trauma-Informed Therapy
  • Play Therapy
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Child-Centered Play Therapy
  • Solution-Focused Therapy
  • Mindfulness-Based Interventions
  • Strengths-Based Counseling
  • Attachment-Focused Approaches

What you can expect from me

My counseling style is warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, valued, and understood. Together, we will work toward healing past wounds, building healthy coping strategies, improving relationships, and creating meaningful change.

Taking the First Step

Seeking help is a courageous step. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and wellness. Recovery is possible, and lasting change can begin today.
