Great to meet you!

“Respect,” taken from Latin, means “to look again.” As a clinician, what I recognize most about my clients is their need to be seen and heard. I assist clients in improving their mental and physical well-being by providing evidence-based interventions, strategies, and coping skills. Leading with compassion and empathy are key elements for me as a counselor. I respect every client's humanity, I empathize with their stories, and we collaborate to forge the path that they desire for their lives.

My approach to therapy

I often use Integrative therapy in my practice. In your initial sessions, we discuss your primary concerns and begin to explore your childhood experiences. This approach will allow for an individualized, holistic approach to therapy that combines ideas and techniques from different therapeutic schools of thought depending on your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a process that takes time, effort, and consistency. Building therapeutic rapport with my clients is pivotal to the collaborative relationship. Clients can expect respect, compassion, discovery, and honesty from our sessions. The goal is not to give advice or decide for them; instead, the goal is to guide clients toward discovering their insights and coping strategies.
