Great to meet you!

With my years in the mental health field, I have had the privilege to support a diverse group of individuals navigating life's challenges. With becoming a licensed therapist, and obtaining a doctorate degree, I have strengthened my skills and areas of expertise. I support individuals with anxiety, depression, and those navigating the multiple forms of grief we experience as we lose loved ones, relationships, jobs, and our sense of security. I also support couples with relationship challenges.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I enjoy providing a holistic approach to treatment using solutions focused cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. I aim to create a safe space for you to process through the challenges surfacing, while ensuring you feel heard and understood.
