My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is meeting this client where he/she is at the time we meet. I have a passion and love for helping others through this journey we call life.

What you can expect from me

The first session can be so difficult for some people and I want to ensure that you have a "warm and fuzzy" experience. I want to ensure that you feel heard and validated and to feel no pressure to stay with me if you are not comfortable. Therapy is for you and I want to empower you to make a switch if you feel that I am not the right fit for you.
