Hello! My name is Angela. I began my career years ago as an educator in a public school and then in the home. I soon ventured out into the world of nonprofits helping others learn to work, be in relationships, and venture out into an empowered life. After many losses in my own life, I decided to go back to school to learn how to manage unresolved grief and help others understand their grief and walk into a beautiful life after the devastation of loss.
My approach to therapy is one of an attachment lens with the belief that we are emotional and spiritual beings needing to process the struggles that are guaranteed in life. I use emotionally focused therapy, person-centered therapy, along with creative mindfulness modalities to unveil the true you hidden underneath the pain.
Our time together will help you gather up the scattered pieces of your life to create what makes you smile, what brings joy and gratitude once again to all of who you are.
