Great to meet you!

Hi, My name is Angela.

Please note: I do ESA assessments and letters, when appropriate. The cost is $150. Please schedule an appointment via private pay if not covered under insurance for this service.

I started my career in community behavioral health 20 years ago, where I worked with teens and families. Over the years, I have been lucky to work with many different people, in all different walks of life. I love learning about my client’s life and being part of the processes of self-empowerment and overcoming adversity. In addition to therapy interventions, I've worked in hospital/medical settings providing crisis assessments, end of life discussions, goals of care and trauma interventions.

If you have further questions feel free to call, message or email me directly. If you cant find a time to schedule, message me and we can work on a time that will work for you.

My approach to therapy

My passion is working with clients struggling chronic medical conditions, addictions, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, PTSD, conflict in relationships and other mental health symptoms that are connected to overall wellbeing and health. I’m skilled in palliative care, end of life and Older adult interventions, as well. I’m trained in DBT, EMDR, IFS, CBT, trauma work, motivational interviewing and solution focused interventions.

What you can expect from me

My biggest goal in the relationship with a client is providing services with safety, dignity and respect. My approach is patient-centered and guided by trauma-informed care. I believe that advocacy and honoring a client’s self-determination will lead to the most effective outcome for mental and physical health. My hope is to provide a therapeutic connection- to be seen, heard and valued in each interaction.
