Great to meet you!
I specialize in working with women navigating trauma-related disorders, including Anxiety, Depression, Complex PTSD, and attachment trauma. Using a trauma-informed and integrative approach—including Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, psychodynamic, Person-Centered, Gestalt, and Jungian perspectives—I help clients explore relational wounds, unconscious patterns, and barriers to emotional regulation. Establishing strong rapport and a safe therapeutic alliance is foundational to my work, as meaningful healing begins with feeling seen and understood. I earned my MSW from the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Social Work and hold a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, College Park. Together, we work to build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and move from survival toward empowered living.
