Great to meet you!

Nice to meet you! My name is Angelica Colibri. I am an LCSW with over 18 years of experience working with adults from many walks of life. I have a diverse background supporting clients through trauma, complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, addiction, chronic pain, and emotional overwhelm. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling exhausted, stuck, or unsure how to move forward after carrying so much on their own. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to heal. I believe therapy can help you better understand yourself, strengthen coping skills, and begin creating meaningful change that feels steady and lasting.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic and eclectic, tailored to meet your unique needs, pace, and goals. I believe you are the expert in your own life and already have strengths within you, even if they feel hard to access right now. I use mindfulness, self-care practices, and supportive therapeutic tools to help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, complex PTSD, grief, addiction, chronic pain, life transitions, and stress. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free environment where you can talk openly about what is most important to you. Together, we work to build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, develop coping strategies, and support healing in a way that feels respectful, practical, and grounded.

What you can expect from me

My clients often tell me they feel some relief even after the first session. We begin by building rapport and getting to know what brings you in, whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, complex PTSD, grief, addiction, chronic pain, stress, or a difficult life transition. Together, we will begin identifying your needs, goals, and the areas where you would like more support. I may also offer suggestions or simple strategies you can begin using between sessions. My goal is for you to feel comfortable sharing at your own pace in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space, while leaving with more clarity, hope, and a sense of direction.
