With nearly a decade of experience in social work, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals from various backgrounds, including children in protective services, medically fragile individuals, the elderly, and victims of crime. My diverse experience has equipped me to understand the complexities of mental health disorders and the unique challenges many face.
I employ a blend of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Solution-Focused therapy, and Behavioral Therapy. This approach allows me to tailor my sessions to the needs of each individual or family. I have a passion for working with women facing fertility issues and postpartum depression, as well as couples, and men navigating various challenges.
