Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you should feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can explore challenges, gain insight, and develop practical tools for meaningful change.

With more than 10 years of experience in the behavioral health field, I have worked with adults, couples, and families navigating a variety of concerns. Whether you are processing trauma, facing a difficult transition, working through relationship challenges, managing anxiety, navigating addiction and recovery, or just feeling stuck. You do not have to face it alone. I strive to meet everyone where they are at, and work alongside them toward greater resilience, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of well-being.

My approach to therapy

My counseling approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, with a focus on a compassionate, collaborative style to support meaningful and lasting change. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy are some evidence-based interventions I use.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. We’ll go at your pace as we begin to explore what’s bringing you in, with a focus on creating a sense of safety and trust. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you feel comfortable and supported from the start.
