Great to meet you!

I’m Angie, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work primarily with adult women navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, people-pleasing, perinatal concerns, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you, drawing from EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, and body-based awareness. Together, we’ll make sense of what feels heavy, strengthen your connection with yourself, and help you move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be honest, understood without judgment, and involved in the direction of your care. I’ll listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and gently challenge patterns that may no longer be serving you. Some sessions may focus on practical tools, while others may give you space to explore deeper experiences and emotions. We’ll move at a pace that respects where you are while continuing to work toward the changes that matter to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask about your current concerns, important parts of your history, and what you hope will feel different in your life. You’ll also have space to ask questions and decide whether working together feels like a good fit. From there, we’ll collaboratively identify goals and begin creating a plan that reflects your needs, priorities, and pace.
