Great to meet you!

I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients are managing work, relationships, and daily responsibilities, but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward.

I aim to create a space where you can be open and honest without pressure or judgment. You don’t have to have everything figured out—I’ll meet you where you are and support you at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in a client-centered, solution-focused approach that is supportive, collaborative, and practical. In our time together, we’ll draw from approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and other evidence-based strategies to help you better understand patterns, manage anxiety, and improve communication in ways that feel realistic and applicable in daily life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to talk through what’s been going on and what you’d like to get out of therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable.

We’ll begin identifying goals and areas of focus, while making sure you feel supported and at ease. Most clients leave the first session with more clarity, a sense of direction, and a better understanding of next steps.
