Great to meet you!

Hello, I have been a licensed psychotherapist in California for 25+ years. I graduated with a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in marital family therapy. I am able to provide a safe, secure, open setting where clients can overcome issues related to anxiety, trauma, addiction, and grief. My approach is tailored to fit your needs and I sometimes use various approaches depending on your situation.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered and "eclectic". In the beginning I will give a brief introduction to the therapy process; then we will focus on root causes which will help formulate a treatment plan that is right for you.

What you can expect from me

I use a safe and collaborative approach to help clients understand underlying issues. My style is conversational and relaxed. I will work with you to address your individual strengths and goals as well as any current challenges you are facing. We will break down those goals into manageable parts and focus on building specific skills that can be applied to real life situations. My aim is not only for you to develop tools that will move you forward but also to create lasting change.
