Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist who works with adults and teens navigating identity, self-esteem, life transitions, and emotional burnout. Many of my clients are high-achieving, deeply caring, and often feel like they’ve lost themselves while carrying everyone else. I understand the cultural, relational, and generational layers that shape how we see ourselves, and I value creating a space where you feel seen, respected, and understood without having to over-explain.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and rooted in self-worth and identity work. I integrate evidence-based practices with insight-oriented and relational therapy. We focus on understanding patterns, unpacking internalized beliefs, and building a stronger, more grounded sense of self. I’m warm but direct and believe therapy should be both reflective and practical, not just a place to vent, but a space to grow and shift.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is meant to feel like a pause. You’ll log in, settle into your space, and we’ll take a moment to slow things down. There’s no pressure to have the “right” words or to tell your story perfectly. We’ll talk through what brought you here, what’s been weighing on you, and what you’re hoping might shift. I’ll guide the conversation with gentle, thoughtful questions, helping you organize what feels tangled and name things you may not have said out loud before. Most clients describe the first session as grounding, clarifying, and like a deep exhale after holding a lot for a long time.
