Great to meet you!

If you're struggling with relationship challenges, family conflict, trauma, cultural stressors, anxiety, depression, or major life transitions, you're not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by difficult relationship patterns, disconnected from loved ones, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to move forward. Others are navigating family challenges, motherhood, identity concerns, or the impact of past experiences that continue to affect their daily lives.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 10 years of experience, I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected. My goal is to help you better understand what's contributing to your challenges, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that support healing, healthier relationships, emotional resilience, and long-term personal growth.

Whether you're seeking support for family concerns, relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, or maternal mental health challenges, I strive to help you create meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, relationship patterns, family dynamics, and life experiences that may be contributing to your current challenges while identifying strengths that can support your growth and healing.

My approach draws from evidence-based practices including Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Attachment-Based Therapy, and Family Systems approaches. Whether you're working through relationship concerns, family conflict, trauma, anxiety, depression, maternal mental health challenges, or cultural and identity-related stressors, we'll focus on practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong foundation for therapy. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to gain from the counseling process. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing openly.

As we work together, you can expect compassion, collaboration, and practical support. We'll identify patterns that may be contributing to your struggles, strengthen healthy coping skills, and create a plan that feels realistic and meaningful. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more confident, connected, empowered, and equipped to move forward in a way that aligns with your values and goals.
