Great to meet you!

Hi there! Im Angie, a licensed therapist in Wisconsin and North Carolina providing telehealth therapy for adults. Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and I believe having a strong connection with your provider is an important part of the healing process. That’s why I offer consultation so we can talk about your needs, answer any questions, and decide together if we’re the right fit for each other.

I provide a compassionate and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their healing journey. My work includes helping adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. Trauma therapy is one of my specialties, and I also bring 11 years of active duty military service experience working with service members, veterans, and their families.

My approach to therapy

I use a collaborative and evidence-based approach, drawing from ACT, CBT, EMDR, PE, and CPT to support your unique needs. Therapy isn’t always easy — and it isn’t supposed to be. Real change takes courage, reflection, and a willingness to sit with difficult emotions. My goal isn’t to offer surface-level solutions, but to help you get to the root of what you’re experiencing. I’ll be there to support you through the process, but I’ll also challenge you when necessary so that you can build the tools and insights needed for lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, I take an exploratory and collaborative approach. I’ll ask thoughtful questions and gather a lot of information to better understand your experiences, history, and goals. From there, we’ll create a clear plan for what you’d like to achieve and identify how we’ll measure progress along the way. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, so I tailor my methods and therapy modalities to best fit your needs, personality, and circumstances with your input.

You can expect to leave our sessions with greater self-awareness, practical tools, and strategies you can use outside of therapy. My goal is to empower you, not keep you in therapy forever.

Therapy is a journey, and while the process can be challenging, it can also be deeply rewarding and transformative. I’ll be there to support you, guide you, and sometimes challenge you — but always with compassion and respect.
