Great to meet you!

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves and others. They may be struggling with anxiety, OCD, trauma, grief and loss, nervous system dysregulation, difficult family relationships, chronic health concerns, perfectionism, or life transitions. Together, we work to better understand what is driving their distress, find relief, break unhelpful patterns, and reconnect with their strengths, values, and sense of self. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and informed by neuroscience, trauma, attachment, and evidence-based therapies.

My approach to therapy

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in anxiety, OCD, trauma, grief and loss, chronic medical conditions, and relationship and family challenges. Using evidence-based therapies, I help clients reduce emotional suffering, improve relationships, build resilience, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and flexibility.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about connection and comfort. We’ll take time to get to know one another, talk about what brings you in, and explore the areas of your life you’d like to focus on. I’ll share more about the therapeutic process, introduce the approaches that might fit you best, and answer any questions you may have. Together, we’ll begin shaping goals that feel realistic, meaningful, and uniquely yours. Most importantly, this is a space to see if our partnership feels like the right fit—because therapy works best when it feels safe and collaborative.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating—but you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. Together, we’ll create space for curiosity, healing, and self-compassion as you reconnect with your strengths and sense of peace. I’d be honored to walk beside you as you find relief and rediscover yourself.
