My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration, as I believe in the inherent strength and resilience within each person. My background and experience in multiple cultures, helps me understand and effectively work with diversity. I have experience in community mental health centers, with a wide range of disorders. While I'm trained in several treatment modalities, I use Evidence Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques and tools. and the one best suited to the client's temperament including. I continually engage in ongoing education and professional development to stay abreast of the latest research and therapeutic approaches within the field of mental health.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as the foundation of my practice, and adapt various therapeutic approaches to suit each client's unique needs and temperament. Through these techniques, I guide them in identifying thoughts and beleifs that are influencing your emotions and behaviors, explore solutions and empower you to effectively regain control over your life.
