Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed psychologist with over 30 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and life transitions. My style is warm, supportive, and down‐to‐earth—I believe real healing happens when you feel safe to be yourself. I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you find practical ways to manage stress, build confidence, and move forward. My goal is to meet you where you are and work together toward a calmer, more balanced life. I do not prescribe medication.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and solution‐focused. I use CBT and DBT techniques to help clients manage stress, build confidence, and find healthier ways to cope.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable and at ease. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you hope to achieve, and start building a plan together. It’s a relaxed, judgment‐free space designed to help you feel supported as you take this important first step.
