Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical mental health counselor and addiction specialist. I’ve been supporting clients since 2008 and bring experience in depression, anxiety, grief, chronic pain and illness, relational stress, life transitions, substance use and recovery, and trauma. My approach is whole‐person and trauma‐informed, paying attention to the mind, body, and spirit.

My approach to therapy

I offer a calm, steady presence and work in a way that helps you feel safe, supported, and understood. My style is warm, encouraging, and grounded, blending practical tools with space for reflection and deeper insight. I take a whole‐person approach, considering your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. I’m trauma‐informed and collaborative, and I tailor our work to what feels meaningful and realistic for you. If faith or spirituality is important to you, we can include that in our work in whatever way feels supportive for you.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a calm, supportive space where you set the pace. I’ll invite you to share what brings you in, what you’re hoping to work toward, and anything that feels important for me to know. We’ll talk through your concerns together and begin shaping goals that feel clear and manageable. I’ll also gather some background information so I can understand your experiences in context. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and grounded in what our work together can look like.
