Great to meet you!

Life can feel challenging to navigate, especially during periods of change and uncertainty - when past and present stressors seem to overlap. At times, we can pay the price with our own health and peace. Considering therapy is a courageous first step towards gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and your personal healing journey. I am passionate about working with my clients to promote reflection, develop self-compassion, improved relationships, and find a more peaceful pace of life. Together we can uncover your strengths and resilience while gaining greater internal clarity, balance and overall purpose in your life journey.
