Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups. I’ve provided care in private practice, military settings with the Department of Defense, and at the VA Medical Center with veterans, caregivers, and their families. I’m now retired from the VA and excited to continue this work through telehealth, partnering with you as you take the next step in your healing journey.

My approach to therapy

I bring extensive experience with diverse populations, from community-based children and families to service members and veterans. My training in evidence-based approaches allows me to offer grounded, practical support while we work collaboratively toward your goals. I’m especially drawn to helping adolescents and adults heal from trauma, relationship difficulties, and mood-related concerns.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know one another and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore what you’d like to feel or do differently and begin shaping a treatment plan that reflects your priorities, moves at your pace, and feels realistic and manageable. Many of my clients arrive feeling stuck yet motivated; together, we’ll start building tools, reassurance, and guidance to help you move forward.
