Great to meet you!

Hello, I am Ann Huyghe, a Licensed Professional Counselor from East China, Michigan, who works with adults and adolescents and provides counseling to individuals who struggle with anxiety and trauma. I have extensive experience with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for 13 years. I studied at Oakland University where I obtained a master's degree in arts of counseling.

My approach to therapy

My treatment approach is rooted in evidence-based practices that focus on the mind-body-spirit connection. Main goals for my clients include reducing mental health symptoms, improving overall well-being, and promoting personal growth and resilience. I believes in my practice and that my clients can overcome any obstacle. I have a unique view and experience with CBT that results in long-lasting behavioral changes using evidence-based care. I have excelled in my practice because I am passionate about helping my clients achieve their goals.
