Great to meet you!

My name is Annie (she/her), and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and certified Grief Support Specialist providing mental health counseling in Minnesota. Life Course Therapy is my private practice born from compassion for our human condition and mission for your own healing resilience - to benefit yourself, your family, your community, and the world around us.

My approach to therapy

My intention is to dedicate an attuned mind, heart and listening ears to appreciate you as a whole person in your life experience. I will strive to earn your trust, understand you in all aspects on your journey, and offer support with a focus on your goals and values. We can work together in the process to address any range of grief and challenges - where nothing is to be judged and everything can be workable.

What you can expect from me

I would be honored to get to know you, join your support system, support you to process your feelings deeply, develop new strategies for living, practice regulating the nervous system, and build your toolbox for life. I invite you to connect and discover a new path on your life course journey.
