Great to meet you!

I believe taking care of oneself should be prioritized for everyone. Learning to set healthy boundaries and manage how stress affects you can improve your quality of life. I've been working to help people for 31 years and have a Master's degree in Social Work, and have completed training in several areas including health and wellness coaching and meditation. I am board certified as well as independently licensed in both Ohio and Michigan.

My approach to therapy

To begin we talk and get to know about each other, sharing the parts of your story that are important and any areas you want to see improvement in your life. We discuss options for me helping you work on those areas and then we set up a map of how we're going to approach those problems. You will feel welcomed, seen, heard and you will will ultimately feel the problems we started with are bothering you less.

What you can expect from me

After sessions with me you will feel accepted and listened to as well as less of the symptoms bothering you.
