Great to meet you!

Congratulations on taking the first step to healing and wholeness!

Hello, My name is Anna and I am a marriage and family therapist that loves what I do. I enjoy and have a variety of experiences working with individuals, families, and couple that struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship (family and couple's work), grief, stress management, and life transition/balance issues. I went to Adler Graduate School, and I am working on finishing my ICF-accredited life coaching certificate.

My approach to therapy

Through providing compassion and listening to your story, I work with you to find the root causes of your challenges, identify negative thoughts patterns, help you transform them into positive ways of thinking, and lastly, support you in making achievable action-steps to achieve more joy-filled and fulfilling life. I cator to clients needs and styles and provide both a process and solution-based approach and aim to empower, while integrating the body, mind, and spirit.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you will find a safe, and accepting space, where you can say anything without judgement. Through working together, we will come up with a treatement plan and creative solutions to tackle problems and bring healing. Clients have said they come away with more peace, hope, joy, confidence, and practical tools to manage stress, and create healthier relationships. Through journing together, you will be inspired, challenged, encouraged, laugh and maybe even cry to find healing.
