Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, life challenges and transitions, identity, grief and loss, and relational challenges with compassion and practical support. I utilize evidence based treatment depending on your needs and treatment goals. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with eight years of experience in community mental health in Oklahoma, where I provided individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention. I hold a BA in Psychology from Harding University and an MA in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College. Before returning to the U.S. in 2023, I lived abroad in France and North Africa for over seven years, an experience that deepened my understanding of culture, transition, and resilience.

My approach to therapy

I believe every person has a unique story and deserves care that honors their individuality. If we choose to work together, we’ll collaborate as partners in your therapeutic journey, building a space where you feel heard, respected, and safe to grow. I value open communication and strive to balance thoughtful listening with gentle challenge when it’s helpful. At the heart of my work is a belief in hope—helping clients rediscover it, strengthen it, and develop a growth mindset that supports resilience and flourishing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you’ll have the opportunity to share your primary concerns, relevant history, and what you hope to accomplish through therapy. Together, we’ll begin clarifying your goals and determining an initial treatment focus. I work to create a warm, supportive environment where you can feel both comfortable and safe enough to be open and vulnerable. From there, we’ll collaborate in subsequent sessions to work toward meaningful progress, growth and healing, and measurable outcomes aligned with your goals.
