Dr. Anna Jalaeian

Hello, I’m Dr. Yeganeh “Anna” Jalaeian, DNP.

I am a dual-certified Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC), an Addiction Medicine specialist (CARN-AP), and a Certified Autism Specialist (CAS) with 18 years of healthcare experience, including more than a decade in psychiatry, family medicine, and urgent care. I also hold a master’s degree in toxicology, which strengthens my ability to fine-tune and individualize medication plans with precision.

I specialize in working with adults and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related symptoms, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders, and the complex overlap between medical and psychiatric concerns.

My approach is thorough, neuroaffirming and collaborative. I integrate evidence-based psychopharmacology with a whole-person perspective in mind. I also use structured tools—such as computerized ADHD testing and neurocognitive assessments including QB-check and Creyos for objective assessment to guide treatment decisions.
