Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical mental health counselor, who works with adults facing a range of life challenges and transitions.

I believe the therapeutic process is the invisible thread that connects where you are now to the meaningful changes you're hoping for. Reaching out for therapy can be intimidating, whether you’re new to the process or returning. I offer a supportive space to help you make sense of what you’re going through and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I've been practicing for over a decade and licensed for over four years. I received my Master of Science, and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Mental Health Counseling from Suffolk University, in Boston, MA. I was also awarded an Outstanding Graduate Student Award recognizing several different criteria, including clinical competence, and development of professional identity. I have worked with children, young adults, adults, and seniors as an outreach clinician, and in outpatient settings. I also have experience with adults in MMT settings, and dual diagnosis. Most recently, I have shifted my focus to working with adults only (18+).

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness.

My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you can speak openly and feel truly heard. Together, we will explore what you are experiencing, clarify what matters most to you, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater balance and confidence.

What you can expect from me

I offer a brief complimentary consultation, where we’ll explore your current needs and get a sense of our therapeutic fit. If we decide to move forward, our first full session will be an intake. This is an opportunity for you to share your story and discuss your goals for therapy. I’ll guide you through a thoughtful, structured introduction to this process, including informed consent—so you understand your rights, confidentiality, and what to expect from our work together.

My aim is to I create a supportive space where you feel comfortable being open and honest, so we can work together to meet your goals.
