Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Anna, and I am thrilled you have found your way here! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that is passionate about assisting children, teens, and young adults through life's everyday moments. I believe every young person deserves a safe, supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and accepted exactly as they are. I specialize in helping clients navigate Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Emotional Overwhelm, Anger and any challenges that can make growing up feel difficult or isolating. I attended Salisbury University where I obtained both my Bachelor's and Master's in Social Work. When not in the office you can find me outside with my dog, on walks, or spending time with my friends and family!

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, compassionate, and centered on building genuine connection and trust. I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves openly while learning healthy coping skills, building confidence, and strengthening emotional resilience. I understand that every child and young adult is unique, and I work closely with each client to meet them where they are and support their individual needs and goals. My therapeutic style incorporates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, strengths-based therapy, solution focused, and emotional regulation skill-building to help clients better understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you or your child feel empowered, supported, and capable of thriving. I am motivated to help young people recognize their strengths, grow in self-understanding, and develop the tools they need to feel more confident, connected, and emotionally balanced.
