Great to meet you!

I work with adults struggling with anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, emotional dysregulation, self-harm, relationship distress, divorce, infertility, parenting challenges, family conflict, and other life transitions. My work is grounded in creating self-efficacy, resilience, and empowerment so you can face life’s challenges with confidence. Clients and colleagues often describe me as warm, empathetic, positive, and supportive. I create a space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable exploring the issues that matter most to you.

My approach to therapy

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly explore and process the challenges that may be holding you back. My integrative approach draws from evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, ACT, attachment theory, humanistic approaches, mindfulness, and Gestalt therapy. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly explore and process the challenges that may be holding you back. Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you from the life you want and develop practical strategies to move forward.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I ask questions to understand your story, goals, and needs. I also welcome any questions you may have for me—our first conversation is a chance to start building trust and clarity about your path forward.
