Great to meet you!

Hi, I am Anna Padgett Seigel, an LCSW licensed in Oklahoma and Colorado. I work with teens and adults who are dealing with anxiety, low mood, ADHD, stress, and major life transitions. I also support parents and families who want help with communication and healthier patterns at home. Sessions are available in English and Spanish.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and down to earth. I take a whole person view and pay attention to how relationships, environment, and everyday demands affect how you are feeling. We will work together to make sense of what is going on and what you want to be different, then focus on practical tools and small steps you can use in real life. We will move at your pace and tailor therapy to what actually works for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you will have time to share what has been going on and what you hope will feel different. I will ask questions to understand your story and the support you already have, while creating a space that feels calm and welcoming. Together we will choose a few starting goals and outline a plan for how we will work on them in future sessions.
