Specializes in

ADD/ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I am passionate about working with adults with ADHD, anxiety, sleep issues, trauma, and relationship struggles. Additionally, I also work with parents of children with ADHD/ODD and anxiety. Adults with ADHD and trauma is the bulk of my work and I have been doing this work for a while. I am highly neurodivergence-affirming and understand ADD/ADHD struggles first-hand.

I work with clients all over the United States, while myself have lived in CA, NY, FL and CO.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I enjoy using compassion-based practice when engaging in parent work, and strength-based approaches in my sessions with adults. CBT is often my beloved style, but I often integrate "gold standard" approaches for a specific issue, depending on the given problem. Overall, I am very clint focused, as I truly believe that we are all experts on ourselves.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is that my energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge will provide the guidance you need to open possibilities for change.
