Great to meet you!

It is my goal to provide a space where you feel safe, open and respected and you can gain a better understanding about things you are struggling with in life. Whether that be life transitions, relationships, grief, loss, work stressors etc., that may be causing you to feel anxious, depressed, or alone. At each stage in life comes challenges, I aim to help you navigate these with a gentle, personalized and strength-based approach. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Michigan State University and have been practicing since 2016. My areas of specialization include grief support and education, life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, and self-esteem. I work with individuals 18 and older. I look forward to learning more about you and working together to help you achieve a better balance in life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and strength-based. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, heard, respected, and supported as you work through the challenges you are facing. I take a personalized approach, recognizing that each person’s experiences, strengths, relationships, and support systems are unique.

What you can expect from me

The first session helps us make sure we are a good fit for each other. It is important to me to make sure you feel comfortable. We will also go over treatment expectations and explore the current challenges you are looking for support with.
