Great to meet you!

If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying more than you can manage on your own, you're not alone. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, postpartum challenges, relationship stress, and major life transitions — and I also bring a personal understanding of the unique emotional weight that comes with military life and supporting military families through frequent moves, separation, and the toll it takes on well-being. I hold a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina with over four years of clinical experience. I also speak Samoan, which allows me to connect with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds in a meaningful way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is calm, compassionate, and grounded — I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused approaches, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, tailoring each session to what works best for you. I believe healing happens in a space where you feel truly safe, and I'll meet you exactly where you are — whether you're working through grief, navigating a difficult relationship, processing trauma, or simply trying to make sense of what you're experiencing. Together, we'll create a personalized plan that reflects your goals and your pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll take time to explore what brought you to therapy and what you're hoping to work through — there's no pressure to share everything at once. I see it as an opportunity for us to get to know each other, clarify your goals, and begin mapping out the most effective path forward together. My aim is for you to leave that first meeting feeling heard, supported, and with a genuine sense of hope about what's possible.
