Great to meet you!

Hi, Welcome. As a social worker, I tend to view how experiences, our environment, families, and events in our lives impact us today, and realize that challenges are a part of our story, not the entire story. You get to decide the direction of your story. I have experience in many areas.

My approach to therapy

I believe that we encounter road blocks in life, and we do not always control what road blocks which we may encounter. The challenges of road blocks can help us grow by either finding a solution for the road block or finding a way to navigate around onto a different path.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to be accepted for who you are, and for what you want to achieve. I want people to feel safe and welcome in therapy, so that you can share whatever is needed, even if it is something which is difficult.
